Ready to ship:

1–2 business days

United Kingdom: We'll pack and ship your order via Royal Mail 1st class. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. While we aim for prompt dispatch, occasional delays may occur due to order volumes. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed.

United States: International parcels usually arrive within 5-7 working days. We'll pack and ship your order via Royal Mail International Tracked. If you would like International Tracked and Signed for please drop us a message to upgrade your shipping.

Current shipping cost for International parcels is for up to 1kg parcels. If your parcel is heavier than 1kg we will be in touch to adjust your shipping cost.

Return

We really hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we totally understand.

You’re welcome to return your unused items within 14 working days of receiving it.

If you’ve simply changed your mind or picked the wrong item/size, we just ask that you cover the return postage (you’re welcome to use whichever courier works best for you). Once we’ve received the item back safely, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible, always within 7 days, but usually much sooner.

If there’s a fault or issue with your order, we’ll of course cover the return costs and make it right straight away.

Just a quick note: because our personalised products are made just for you, they can’t be returned unless faulty.
