Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
In general the provided shipping time from the shipping companies are taken from their websites:
Royal Mail - UK Mainland

1st Class 1-2 Working days (not guaranteed)

Special Delivery by 4pm next working if order is shipped by 3pm. This may vary based on the date/time that your order was received.
Royal Mail International

Europe- Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg the aim is 3-5 working days

Worldwide the aim is 5-7 working days.
International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East - parcels to these countries are are only tracked until handed over to your local postal services.
