Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Should your payment fail it will automatically be attempted again. If your payment details have changed the responsibility will lie with you to update your subscription payment details.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. If at any point in time you struggle with this please contact me and I will be able to make the updates for you.

Your next payment for your subscription will be the same date of the first sign up for each month until your subscription is cancelled. Example: If you sign up for your first box on the 5th of November your next payment will automatically be taken on the 5th of December. You have the option to skip a box or cancel your subscription at any time. You also have the option now to change the date for your payment. If you struggle to make a change please feel free to contact me and I will assist you.
