Shipping Information



I cannot send parcels to PO BOX addresses at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you do still choose to add a P.O Box address it is at your own risk as I cannot guarantee delivery. If you see this after placing the order then please email me and I will do my best to change and amend the address before it ships but I cannot guarantee this will be done in time.

Parcels are shipped with either Royal 1st Class or for international via Royal Mail Signed & Tracked (Some countries only have signed for service) 

EU Shipping information:

As an EU Customer you no longer pay VAT through my website. The VAT will be applied at customs, please check your countries details for more specific information on this. All EU parcels are subject to customs fees. Please take this into account when making a purchase on our website. 


  • I use Royal Mail 1st Class on all items to the UK. This service does not offer a tracked and signed for service. If you would like to upgrade your postage please contact me either via the chat on the website or you can email me at Dee@
  • Royal Mail 1st Class shipping takes 1-2 working days (weekends and bank holidays are excluded) but there have been some delays in the past.
  • If you have not received your order in 5 working days from dispatch email please contact me via the chat on my website or send me an email to
  • I typically dispatch orders either same day (if received by 1pm) or next day. During busy periods parcels can take from 2-3 days for processing and dispatch. If your order is urgent, please feel free to drop me an email or a note via the chat on the website and I will put a priority on your order.
  • PLEASE NOTE- I am not responsible for incorrect imputed information at check out. If you have imputed your address incorrectly and not contact me to change this before the item is shipped, You will have to wait until the package has returned back to me before we can refund the goods or arrange to resend - P&P to be paid by customer for re shipping. 


  • At this time, I can ship all products up to 750g of the parcel weight internationally. If your parcel weighs more that 750g I will be in contact to discuss the different options available for your parcel. NOTE – There may be additional shipping costs for you to pay.
  • The only product that I am unable to ship internationally at the moment is the 100g Clear Stuff. This is just due to the size of the parcel and the additional costs for the shipping.
  • I ship all international parcels via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service – Some countries (like South Africa) do not have tracking but only signed for.
  • Please allow 5-15 working days to receive your item.
  • Some Royal Mail international orders have taken as long as25 working days to arrive due to the country’s strict customs, unfortunately I don't have any control over this.
  • If you have not received your item in 15 working days, please email me at your full name and order number. Please allow up to 2-day response time. 
  • PLEASE NOTE- I are not responsible for incorrect imputed information at check out. If you have imputed your address incorrectly and not contacted me to change this before the item is shipped. You will have to wait until the package as returned back to me before I can send it again. 
  • LMGifts will not be held responsible if any duty or taxes applied are not paid by the receiver and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs. No refund will be offered.



During holidays, busy periods and adverse weather conditions you may experience delays, this is due to the postal service. I will always aim to get all parcels out for delivery within two working days wherever possible.
