Each Acrylic blank is made with love right here in the UK and packed and shipped from my studio in Milton Keynes.

EXTENDED DELIVERY EXPLAINED

For some Items I would like to still offer you the amazing Black Friday Prices but may not have stock readily available and will need to cut these.

Orders which include these items will be sent out within 5-7 working days.

NON UK CUSTOMERS - Unfortunately due to the weight of the acrylic blanks I will only be able to send max weight of 750g - anything higher than this will attract crazy shipping costs. If you are unsure of how many you can order to stay within in the 750g please drop me a message and we can plan your parcel together. If you add Qty's higher than 10 you may get an error when checking out as these will exceed your shipping maximum weight.

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING INFORMATION

After packing your parcel your order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class. Please allow me 1-2 days to get your parcel made up and ready to pop in with Postman Pat - I will aim for 1-2 days but due to order volumes it might take me a little longer.

Should there be any other delays you can expect a message from after you place your order – this doesn’t happen often.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING INFORMATION

International parcels take 5-7 working days from within Europe and for those countries further like USA 7-15 working days.

**Please note that there may be further delays due to the current pandemic that we find ourselves in.

I will mostly respond to messages early morning or in the evening. I will however check them intermittently during the day in case there are any urgent messages or changes to design.

Ready to ship:

1–2 business days

United Kingdom: We'll pack and ship your order via Royal Mail 1st class. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. While we aim for prompt dispatch, occasional delays may occur due to order volumes. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed.

United States: International parcels usually arrive within 5-7 working days. We'll pack and ship your order via Royal Mail International Tracked. If you would like International Tracked and Signed for please drop us a message to upgrade your shipping.

Current shipping cost for International parcels is for up to 1kg parcels. If your parcel is heavier than 1kg we will be in touch to adjust your shipping cost.

Return

We really hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we totally understand.

You’re welcome to return your unused items within 14 working days of receiving it.

If you’ve simply changed your mind or picked the wrong item/size, we just ask that you cover the return postage (you’re welcome to use whichever courier works best for you). Once we’ve received the item back safely, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible, always within 7 days, but usually much sooner.

If there’s a fault or issue with your order, we’ll of course cover the return costs and make it right straight away.

Just a quick note: because our personalised products are made just for you, they can’t be returned unless faulty.
